I have found buying a water fountain is good...makes them drink a bit more as they love the fresh water thing, and I feel it encourages them to drink.

Male cats I would never now feed just a dry diet after friends have had so many problems and deaths. I would always have wet food around, and dry of a high quality checking out what's in it/how produced etc.

My cat is old now, she has no problems, just looks better for having the water fountain, drinking more, and also being on more wet food now.
Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.
  • We've stopped buying sachets and gone back to tins. So much better value for money. My two boys share 1/3 of a can twice a day (previously shared a sachet twice a day), but they always have dry food out as well. If we just fed them wet I'm sure they'd be demanding food more, they are two years old and very active boys!
