Halifax Fraud Team - On hold?

Trying to get through to Halifax fraud team after speaking to an advisor on their main switchboard who put me through. I've currently been on hold for 37 minutes - is this normal?!

Shocking if so. Thank goodness I used say no to 0870...

It's Saturday evening so their fraud department will be on minimal staff. You might get a faster response if you speak to their CS.

It was CS who put me through as they said I would need to speak to them.

Got through to someone after 45 minutes on hold. Quite shocked as to me it's one line which people will need to get through to relatively quickly.

Sorry, thought you said you had spoken to the switchboard, not to CS.

I suppose all is ok now that you have spoken to the fraud team?

When you finally got through how long were you on the phone with them?

Remember that the fraud dept number listed for Lloyds TSB (0800 9177017) also works for Halifax (and probably Bank of Scotland as well).
