Halifax Fraud Team - On hold?

Trying to get through to Halifax fraud team after speaking to an advisor on their main switchboard who put me through. I've currently been on hold for 37 minutes - is this normal?!

It's Saturday evening so their fraud department will be on minimal staff. You might get a faster response if you speak to their CS.0

It was CS who put me through as they said I would need to speak to them.
Got through to someone after 45 minutes on hold. Quite shocked as to me it's one line which people will need to get through to relatively quickly.0 -

Remember that the fraud dept number listed for Lloyds TSB (0800 9177017) also works for Halifax (and probably Bank of Scotland as well).0
