My wife and I both have separate Bank accounts with the Natwest.
Both accounts are in the 'Advantage Gold' I know we get certain benefits (Apparently,) but is it necessary for her to also have the account as I believe, 'She would benefit with being my spouse through my own account?'

Your travel insurance, assuming you live together, would cover the other. It'd make much more sense to downgrade each, and assuming the benefits are worthwhile, opening a joint Select Platinum account.0
