Advantage Gold acct Natwest

My wife and I both have separate Bank accounts with the Natwest.
Both accounts are in the 'Advantage Gold' I know we get certain benefits (Apparently,) but is it necessary for her to also have the account as I believe, 'She would benefit with being my spouse through my own account?'
