Virgin bill over charge refund!

Over the past 6 months I've found out i have been over charged by virgin to the tune of £498.00 now they have agreed and i have got a refund, BUT the refund is on my virgin account and not in my bank account where it is most needed, virgin are saying this is standard practice and it will come off of future bills, the thing is thats not helping my bank account

Any suggestions on how to get the dosh would be most appreciated :T

This is standard practice in most service providers. Ultimately you are no worse off, but I'm with you when it comes to principle.

Can I ask how you missed a £83 per month over-charge and noticed it just now? I was rich enough to not notice that!
