Securing French Doors (multi-point locks)

Hi - I have got french doors at the rear of my property which I'd like to make more secure.

There are a number of various ways to do this but I know very little about home security and just wanted to know everyone's opinion and what are the best solutions for making my doors more secure.

    Look up Patlock, about £50.

They were used on one of those daytime "beat the robbers" programmes, where they visit a house that's been done and then fit security stuff. So, as it was that type of programme and not an advert they must be OK.
  • If you are serious laminated glass as surely the weakest point is the current glass.

I'd probably not want to do the glass just yet as I guess this will cost quite a bit (but i'll double check), the PatLock is on order as we speak however! :)
