New washing machine came with wrong manual

I bought a new washing machine at Apollo 2000 , a few days later I realised the manual it came with was for a different model .
so I rang the shop spoke to the manager , he said he'd contact Bosch and get them to send the right one out asap . ok great , but . . .
a week passes - nothing , phone again , he says give it a few more days .
another week later nothing , phone again , the manager is kinda vague on whether he's been in touch with Bosch again , but assures me that he's going to photocopy the manual and post it to me right away .
another week passes , nothing .
It's so infuriating , I can't see much point in phoning again . Should I go above him - complain to 'head office' ?
I think I need to put something in writing one way or another .
any thoughts ?

Try looking online. There's a good chance Bosch will publish their manuals in PDF form. If not I expect Bosch will send you one if you ask.0

How about looking on the internet?
Most manuals are available for download, but as you haven't said which model, it's difficult to help further.0 -
Have you tried googling the manual? I cannot really see that you would need a hard copy.0
