DFS re-delivered rejected sofa

I'd like to get your view on my consumer rights please. We ordered a sofa, two chairs and a footstool from DFS in August this year, bought on an 'in-store' credit agreement with Barclays Partner Finance. The first delivery was rejected as chairs and sofa were wet and damaged. DFS tried to arrange a re-delivery of the same items a few days later after drying out, which I rejected. They agreed to order a new set of sofa and chairs from the supplier, which a month later DFS have now attempted to deliver and I have rejected because, guess what, it's the exact same damaged set of sofa and chairs.
While we like the sofa a lot, we've now lost confidence in DFS. The customer service, not detailed here, has been generally very poor but the attempt to palm us off - twice - with damaged goods is disgraceful. So, we are minded to cancel and demand a full refund (which would go to the loan provider). Having given DFS one opportunity to resolve the issue, are we now entitled to cancel under the SOGA?
Thanks!

Yes, you never accepted the goods, if you have a problem with DFS just get Barclays involved as they are jointly liable.0

Many thanks for your reply. Will let you know how it goes and when resolved will post a rant in the Praise, Vents & Warnings forum so let people know the finer details.0

Hi, not surprised to hear hope you get it resolved asap. Do let us know how you get on as I'm currently in a dispute with these cowboys also.0

Let Barclays know as soon as possible so they dont start taking the payments from your bank account.
ive just had a little war with DFS they sold me a faulty suit after 1 week it was starting to collapse 2 service managers offered repairs , I refused sent a letter quoting sale of goods act and i am pleased to say i am getting a new suite in a different style.0 -
How low can this company go. They deliver a faulty suite then try and pass off the same suite as a new one - twice.0

I would make absolutely sure that when they deliver the new model that you check it over before accepting delivery as once its in your home they will insist on repairs only as has been mentioned many times on this forum.0
