Bloor Homes - cost of upgrades/extras - any worthwhile?

My other half and I are soon to buy a Bloor Homes 3 bed property, and, as you do, have been scouring the internet about the company and the opportunity for extras. I know the opportunity is probably quite low as the market has picked up and the area is in high demand.

Firstly - does anyone know the price of extras from Bloor?

Secondly - what has been peoples experience of getting 'free' extras (wondering if being in rented, so without chain, helps, aware it depends on the particular site I guess)

As with all builders, I would imagine they load the extra's with a premium, expect to pay at least double market value for them.

It's always worth trying for flooring/carpets and turfing to the garden as the cost of these are extremely low to the builders as they have the labor on site anyway, while it would cost you a nice chunk of money if you need to arrange it yourself.
