When I put the rose light in amazon basket it still shows £9.99 charge for me.

If you go to the product page and scroll down, there is a voucher code under "Special Offered and Promotions", just under Product Information, enter that at checkout.

Available in all high street branches at that price (it's last year's model so clearing lines for new models).
