I'm looking for a tablet/deal which is less than £100 and has at least a 9" screen. Can anyone recommend anything?

Very much doubt you will get anything decent within that budget. Either up your budget, and / or lower screen size.
Money saving is not always buying the cheapest, but the best for you at the lowest price. Buy cheap, buy twice is something I've often seen on here. What do you want to do with a tablet? Might give an idea of what advice people can give you, to fit your needs.0
