    Hi

I called up for the Cosmo Hair and Beauty (Toni and Guy offer XA17) and was told that the free gift didn't apply if paying by quarterly direct debit of £2.49.
Has anyone who's set this up quarterly had confirmation of the free gift?

    Thanks

    Suse

Yes i also found this one a bit strange i did manage to order on line last week with no problems, problem i find is that, i have recieved a letter confirming but saying my first payment will be taken by DD in December the same time as i will recieve my first copy. why cant i have a copy sooner and why will they take payment when its supposed to be 8 issues free, do i let them take payment, cancel and payment will be returned ??? I'm confused
