The offer is in the Jan 2005 issue of the mag (I subscribed for the Hugo Boss)
I did a quick search to see if I could find a pic of the wallet for you, but no luck ...sorry.
It's a fairly classy looking brown leather number, you can see it on page 33 of the Jan Esquire issue.
