Sending money to GBP account in Hungary

I am starting this new thread after reading the excellent Sending Money Overseas article. I have a slightly unusual situation.
I am paying off a large loan from in-laws in Hungary, and for this I need to send money each month to their pound sterling account with Hungary's OTP bank. Currently I have Citibank accounts in both the UK and Hungary, and am able to send money between the countries instantly and free of charge using Citibank's internal transfer process.
Citibank have now announced that they are closing their Hungarian retail banking operation, so I will no longer be able to do this. Does anyone know what will then be the quickest / cheapest way to send regular payments of £1000-2000 from a UK account to a GBP account in Hungary?
