The prize draw is open to entrants who provide their email address who are eighteen (18) years of age or above.Open to UK residents only. No purchase is necessary. The prize, worth £1,500, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23.59 GMT 14th December 2014. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on 15th December 2014 and the winner notified by email by 16th December 2014. The selection of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into about this selection process. Employees or agencies of Hotel Chocolat or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw. Further, Hotel Chocolat excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with this prize draw. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
