What can I get away with freezing

Hi Everyone,

I was planning to have a bit of a baking/ cooking day tomorrow and freeze things, but I just don't know what cake/ pudding things I can freeze??? :confused:

I know someone out there will know...
I was going to make a banana and weetabix cake and some jam tarts. Can I freeze those? And what about flapjack?

    Pies and flans of all descriptions freeze well. :)

    most cakes freeze ok AFIAA - I have frozen apple and cinnamon cake and lemon drizzle cake sucessfully before now.
