High sleeper hassle

Quick Question.
In July I bought a high sleeper bed, with under bed wardrobe (which fits this bed) and chest of drawers for my 7 year old son. This was bought as a set for £675.00
The company said they had the bed and drawers in stock and these could be delivered the next week - which turned out to be three weeks later. The wardrobe was to follow on 8 weeks after.
So the wardrobe never turns up and there is delay after delay.
After many, many calls from me - hours on the phone to the company - all on 0844 number. I wont bore you to death with my headaches with this firm. And after many broken promises of delivery, they now tell me this week that they can't get me the item and have refunded me the full amount. OK I get my money back.
BUT NOW OF COURSE THEY WANT THE BED AND SMALL DRAWERS. Which is in use, and has been since it was delivered. It's possibly been bashed a bit and might have the odd pen mark. I'm not sure of the exact condition as I don't live at the property. I dont want any comebacks if they say the condition is bad.
This company have mucked me around for the last 4 months and I'm loathed to spend an afternoon clearing a room and dismantling a bed for them. Then having to store it (god knows where) for them to collect it.
This firm could maybe send their guys to dismantle it and collect it. Which could be an option, but I'm not dismantling it for sure.
I'd consider buying the bed part, but the company have suggested a figure of £375.00 which in my eyes - for all the mucking about is a bit steep.
Do I have any rights here?
Your thoughts on this matter are appreciated.
Cheers

If the items were not sold separately to you then the company is in breach of contract. Any resolution they offer (such as a full refund and you return the stuff) must be at their cost and your convenience. Perhaps you can make a counter offer to keep the things you have?0
