Hi
Just need to find as my dad bt account has just be renewd and now he got offer from sky and wanted to find how to get out if this bt cxl charge
As it too then 3 months to send me my credit when my account was closed in July 2013 as sky got offer free broadband and phone line for 12 months

This is not very clear, but if by 'account has just bee renewd' you mean that your father just agreed to another 12 months with BT, then he has extended his contract by 12 months and will have to pay the fees for that time, in order to leave and so break that contract.
The only way out is if he was told of the price rises after he agreed the extension. You can't leave, penalty free, just because a better offer comes along.0 -

The reason is the promotion wentbto wrong address and he just got but would have got b fore his contract was expiring0
