MightyDeals please contact me regarding your site you are taking orders andthen providing no way of customers making contact if your website does not showthe transaction in the customer account area. I have paid £174.00 for a MadisonLeather Bonded recliner chair on Tuesday 11th at 11:20 and I havereceived no voucher or email - if I try and raise it a support ticket under the all your FAQ areas for raising a support ticket (including)"I have not received my Voucher / I have not received my Voucher" topicget the following reply "Sorry wedon't have any deals at the moment" – BUT are n’t you a deal site and dont you have hundreds showing o your site ?????
HAVE YOU GONE BUST ?
The transaction was paid by credit card - I have had to search this websiteto find your customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.ukemail address as you don’t even put that on your website - MAYBEBECAUSE THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND YOU DONT WANT PEOPLE TO CONTACT YOU -Please reply to the email asap I will post on as many forum as possible if youdo not reply to my email within 2 days warning people about you - I will alsoraise a FRAUD case against you via my credit Card.

Why do you think posting on this website might encourage MD to contact you ? Send them a letter - their registered address is athe bottom of their contact us webpage.
As for the rest of your ridiculous ranting "FRAUD", "HAVE YOU GONE BUST", really ? Really ?
And the frankly stupid "I will post on as many forum as possible" - that will not endear you to anyone.0 -
This site isn't Mighty Deals, and may never be seen by them. You need to contact them, not assume they'll see your post.0

To be fair there is a Mighty Deals representative who has replied to others on Praise and Vents before, e.g. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/66779444#Comment_66779444
Then again the OP hasn't bothered to log back in so he probably wouldn't have spotted a response had he received one.
I was almost tempted to check out what sort of quality leather chair you would get for £174, but decided that life was too short. I do look forward to the future vent on here when it falls apart after 5 minutes of use though0 -
Hi Guys,
Thank you for the OP and thanks to those who have offered advice. If anyone needs to get in touch, feel free to email twitter@mightydeals.co.uk as this will go straight to our Social Media Management department.
As ever, its best to contact companies through the correct avenues, by opening a support ticket.
Thanks again

I think you will find that the OP has said they tried to open a ticket but your system would not let them.Dont rock the boat

Sorry to jump on someone else's thread but can't see how to start a new topic. I have to agree with all the comments about the bad customer service from might deals. I ordered a tablet and waited the 10 days it stated, when it did not arrived I "opened a ticket" and waits the two days for a reply, I did not get a reply so responded again asking them to get in touch... Two days later still nothing. 6 days have now passed so I called mighty deals this morning only to get an automated message saying they don't take calls anymore and to "open a ticket" and they will respond in 2 days. What a joke. If anyone from mighty deals is reading this perhaps they would be kind enough to get in touch. I also expect a refund on the £10 I paid for posting seeing as you have not met your contractual obligation to get this to me in 10 days.0

Good morning guys,
Please ensure that you open tickets through our helpdesk, and if you are unable to do that, please do send me a direct email to customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk which I will get back to personally.
Thanks again to the OP and further posters.
Have a great day
