Available credit limit in relation to income

Options
Hello all, wondering if you can help me. I currently have 3 credit cards with a combined credit limit of £5000. My income is £30,000 per year. Is a £5000 credit limit ok in relation to my income?
I pay all credit card bills in full every month and try not to use more than 25% of the available card limit. I may also be looking at applying for a mortgage or private rental in the near future and didn't want my credit report to look bad.
Your help and advice would be appreciated.

Seems like a sensible amount of credit for your income.

I doubt that access £5k of credit on your income would impact on your ability to get a mortgage - assuming no other debts.

It certainly won't impact on a private rental credit check - as a credit check for rental purposes doesn't see credit accounts, only public data such as CCJs/record of bankruptcy etc and whether you are on the electoral roll.
