Switching bonus but keeping old account open

Good morning,
Looking at setting up a new current account for my gf so that she can have one for direct debits and one for everyday use. However, all the accounts that offer bribes listed on here are for if you use their full switching service and close your old account. Are they any account paying bonuses for new customers who do not use the switching service?

Hmm just wondering then if its worth opening a 2nd account account and then using a switching deal to open a 3rd for £100 and close the 2nd!0

Easiest way is to set up an additional current account with her current bank and transfer that.0
