    Well I think the only thing which has changed the flow is the C&C option.

    I haven't had a C&C return, but I've had all the scenarios I thought possible and one fix or another has sorted it.

    The easiest solution is for you to tell your buyer via message, to return. When it's back, call CS and ask them how you can refund it without having a defect (assuming it's a change of mind).
