was ill for a few days, unable to make signing on- called to advise, told sick form in post..
this still didn't arrive, so when slightly better, went to JCP and did a form, quite late in the day.. was told by staff that may not get ££ until Monday- big probs, as no food in the house, standing orders due out etc..
just checked bank a/c, and money is in!
