British Gas Homecare 400

Hi,
We have the homecare 400 to look after all the bits and pieces around our house (electrical, gas, plumbing etc )
Anyway - three weeks ago, one of the upstairs toilets started leaking into the bowl very slightly and also making a banging noise (not unlike an airlock)..
So three days ago, my wife called them out to come and fix it while I was at work.. She called me back when they;d been to say some young 18 ur old(her descriiption) had been.. turned a couple of taps on upstairs (never actually looked in the toilet or anywhere near it) and left exclaiming that they wouldn't do anything as it was "bad workmanship" causing the problem.. something which isn't covered under our agreement.
Of course - It was obviously not "bad workmanship".. so I came home.. opened up the toilet and could see that it was the valve on the pipe that lets in water into the top of the toilet that looked about had it.
I would have fixed it myself there and then, but my OH said we should get them back out to do as that's what we pay for etc.
Anyway - they came today - and it turns out, it was a lad I actually know!.. he agreed with me that the valve was a problem, changed it - problem fixed!
How hard was that..
first kid - useless!
second bloke tip top!
