I'm in the same boat with EE/Moorcroft. Debt was passed to Moorcroft in November who i discussed with arranged to repay the amount too. Then EE defaulted me in the January. I understand the default, i just wish it was showing as November not January as this buys me two extra months in terms of it dropping off!

Credit score slowly improving!
