After speaking to a manager who rushed through seeing the boots over their 10 working day wait time... They have said that there was a manufacturing defect, the leather wasnt properly hardened and the boot collapsed... getting my money back in 3-5 working days!0

upload to tinypic, photobucket or somewhere like that (make sure its anonymous though so you dont inadvertently reveal personal info - tinypic offers an anonymous one without faffing with settings I think, or they used to!).

That's good news then! Probably better to at least try boots on in store as the cut can vary hugely. I tried some (allegedly) fitted boots on in Clarks last winter and they were as loose as a pair of wellies on me. Personally I prefer leather lining to the weird, sweaty synthetic stuff that some manufacturers put inside.
