lastminute.com help

Hi hoping someone can offer some advice. I booked a last minute secret hotel last week. I specifically wanted a hotel that included breakfast so I used their 'secret hotels that include breakfast' search. I got 2 results and chose one of them and booked. When I got my confirmation I noticed breakfast wasn't mentioned.

I've contacted last minute who now say that this hotel doesn't include breakfast and I should have read the rate details. My argument is that if I search specifically with their 'hotels with breakfast included' then surely you would expect only the hotels that actually have breakfast included would be shown.

I've asked last minute to either inc breakfast or refund me as I believe I've been mis sold but they are refusing. Say I can have £10 towards my next booking as 'goodwill'. The hotel are charging £16 pp for breakfast if we pay whilst we are there and there are 4 of use so will hardly be a bargain!!
I've noticed last minute have now removed this hotel from the list of hotels that include breakfast but I did screen shot the original page.

Does anyone have any advice as to what I can do?
TIA

Does the screen shot show the hotel as including breakfast? If so, you can rely on the law of contract. If not, then your complaint is simply that their search engine included an unsuitable result, which is probably not something that gives you any right of redress.

I suggest that you research cafes and coffee bars near to your hotel: it is usually possible to get an adequate breakfast for a couple of pounds and so paying 16 pounds is absurd.
