Ipad can't upload photos to forums since ios8

I've always used postimage.org for the occasional photo I want to post on a forum but since the latest 'upgrade' to ios 8.0.2, it doesn't work anymore. I've also tried tinypic and imageupper but these won't work either so it must be the ipad. I've been reading that a lot of people have the same problem. When I was using iOS 8, the photos would upload but it wouldn't let me cut and paste the link. Now on iOS 8.0.2, it just won't finish uploading at all and stays at about 20%.

Could anyone advise me of another method/website that might work? I'm not on facebook and the photobucket app was problematic too. I really need something very simple and idiot-proof, just for a single photo occasionally. Or will I just have to wait and hope Apple fix it with another update?

Sorry, I've just checked and it's actually on iOS 8.1, though the problem was the same since the first ios 8 update.

Just as a test, does DropBox work?

I haven't tried Dropbox, mainly because I don't really understand these things but it was one of those that I read other people had problems with since ios8. I was really happy using postimage because I'd prefer not to have to upload photos to another app, before uploading them to a forum.

I've just tried using the Dropbox app but no success. It seems to have issues of its own. When I tap to generate a link, it says 'copied' but when I try to paste, it doesn't work.

You seem to be obsessed with App's!

Simply enter postimage.org or tinypic.com into your preferred browser.

That's what I was doing before the problem occurred. I'd prefer not to have an app just for the odd photo and I didn't need to before but with Dropbox, it said to download the app since I'm on an iPad. Didn't work anyway.

You won't get any help by simply saying it didn't work!

You upload the image, copy the link, then paste it where required.

That's the problem. It either won't upload the photo or, more usually, won't copy and paste the link. Sometimes it'll say 'copied' but when I go to paste, there's nothing there. This happens on postimage, imageupper, photobucket, tinypic and now Dropbox.

Lots of people are having this problems since ios8 arrived. I was just hoping that maybe someone had found a site or a method that will work.

OK I'm guessing that you are using Safari, try using Chrome or Opera as they are better browsers but there are many others that you could try.
