Finally got my £5 Amazon voucher and thankfully the expiry is 01/10/2009, I had to email them yesterday enquiring about this. I've only managed to do two surveys though since I been waiting and haven't received any spam of any sort either, yet.

i have been with them for the last 8 months at least. Get no spam at all from them. only daily reminders, though you can stop that.

So far i have won about £50 worth of amazon vouchers...

Hi - just wanted to point out that those 3 e mail addresses no longer seem to work. Got on the the web site from the above address ok, but tried to e mail all 3 addresses and they bounced straight back "delivery to the following recipients failed"! Maybe they're fed up if loads of Moneysavers have been sending them e mails!

I was actually after a fiver for something else I did for them, back in August! Really miffed that despite e mailing them at least half a dozen times, they only replied to the first one saying yes, I had indeed completed the questionnaire, but no mention of my fiver!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:

I am NOT going to let it drop, I'll keep e mailing them until they have the courtesy to reply - yeah, I know there's a phone number, but hell, what are e mails for?! May try phoning as a last resort, but that costs ME money and no doubt I will be left hanging on for ages!:mad:

I wouldn't worry about the Spam thing, you don't have to enter anything other than an email address, or at least if you do, its not validated in any way.

As to whether you ever get whats promised... Luck of the draw it seems

It's funny you should say that Ann1e. As I've mentioned in my previous post I too didn't receive the £5 voucher until after emailing them, I just clicked on the reply button from the reminder email using [EMAIL="helpdesk@gfkmedia.com"]helpdesk@gfkmedia.com[/EMAIL] and received the voucher the next day. If you’re still having problems after trying the 0800 number you could try writing them a letter of complaint. Their address is at the bottom of their emails.

I have had the initial £5 for the signup and download than another £5 in September for a survey prize draw. I don't have the toolbar anymore and didn't win a prize in October. Maybe I will for November!

hiya, ive been with GFK for about a year now, have won about £30 in amazon vouchers and about the same for media study surveys etc., was a bit miffed i had not received an email about the web toolbar, so being a bit cheeky, i emailed them earlier and very politely asked if i could join up too!!!m will wait and see if i get a reply!!!;) two days later now and received email back off gfk saying they have all the participants they need at the moment, but will contact me if any further openings befcome available, so have to wait and see!!
