Electronic ID Check Failure

Hello All,

I'm registered on electoral roll for last 3 year and have a good credit rating with no missed payment (I confirmed this with Equifax credit agency using their 30 days trial service).

However I'm getting failed reports on while applying for certain products as they unable to confirm my identity on electronic id check.

I wonder if someone guide me what wrong with the profile and how can I fix it.

I try to check my credit profile with Experian and Noddle but they are unable to find my details and I couldn't register with them.

Thanks

Do you live in a flat?

This could be the first problem :)

    Hi,

We will be more than happy to help you get access to your Experian Credit Report if you would still like to view this information.

Can you confirm how you originally tried to apply for this, was it online or through the post?

Regarding your address and Voters Roll, we do receive updates from the council monthly (Jan - Sept) which show within 4 weeks of your registering. The annual canvas (Sept - Dec) we aim to have completed by the end of December. If you have been registered for 3 years I too would expect this to be showing.

Sometimes it can be difficult to match the address if you live in a flat, have a house name or a rural address as there are a variety of variations in which it may have been recorded, once again this is something we can help you with.

If you need to discuss any confidential / sensitive information, you can contact me securely via uksocialsupport@experian.co.uk

    Thanks

    Yes, I'm in a flat.

I have had applied for couple of bank current accounts in past and it always get approved with no manual interaction required.

The concern is Electronic ID; how does that makes a difference.

Experian - I tried it online filling all of my details as in Equifax case however it fails saying account can't be created.
