Santander 123 Missing Cashback

Just got the October/November statement for my 123 Current Account. All the usual direct debits are there. The 3% interest looks OK. But the 'Direct Debit Cashback for this period' is zero. Has anyone else not got their cashback this month?

I don't get cashback and interest on the same day one of my 123 accounts. May be it's the same for you. Best if you ask Santander as statement dates aren't the same for everyone.0
