[FONT=&quot]I opted in for this deal, however i have not received the voucher. I contacted Sky and they said they cannot see the voucher on my account and advised me to contact MSE.[/FONT]

But it was actually what the promotion was called "HUGE Sky Sports Deal"

Can you tell me how the problem was solved. I'm still waiting for mine. Have been emailing the affiliate email, but now radio silence.

I had it resolved by a live chat person on the Sky website, transcript as follows:

Me: As i was already a Broadband customer i added sky sports and now receive free broadband
Me: i have not received the voucher
