You say to level out the payments, could because I am paying nothing to studio mean imight not be able to get a DRO? This debt is nowwith a dca

I was thinking more about the creditor you were paying £53 to. It might be better if from now you simply offer a token amount (say, £1) to each creditor. Best to go through a budget with one of the advice agencies (or even post one up here if you like!)

It shouldn't be a major obstacle to you getting a DRO.

Also my husband has a car whichis worth around £1700, couldthis stop me getting the DRO?

No. The value of other people's assets have no effect on your eligibility for a DRO.

And one last thing sorry for all the questions, my husband claims JSA for us both is that counted as my income aswell or just his? Just when I rang CAB he said on the phone whatincome you have I said none apart fromCTC and CB and my husband claims JSA for us but he said what income do I justt receive which is just the CB and CTC.

    Thanks

Our approach would be to get details of all the household income and then just work out your share of everything. As your household's income is made up purely of benefits I would expect the budget to fit the bill for a DRO either way, so don't worry too much about what you have or haven't said to the CAB so far.

    Hope that helps
