You are the one who is challenging what I say therefore you have to back yourself up, else you can challenge anything you want.
Why should I tell you where I studied? Its none of your bloody business, I have no idea the stupid mentality you have that you think I cannot find a explaination why part time is part time, I am listing scenarios that have happened to me and others, your attitude seems to be that I must do what you want, else I am wrong.
All that matters here are the DWP guidelines on what is classed as full time study (which in this case are based on case law). You need to understand that your opinion is factually incorrect and of no help to someone looking for accurate advice.0 -

No you are not. You are listing incomplete anecdotes.
My attitude is that you are the one making the claim that goes against what everyone else (including the DWP) says, so the onus is on you to prove it. I was also kind enough to offer to prove it for you if you gave me the necessary information - yet you REFUSE to do so. There is no logical reason to be so guarded about where you studied (what on Earth do you think people would do with that information?) so the fact you're refusing to do so implies that you think I'm right. I.e. that your university will include private study as a course requirement, therefore making a course with less than 16 hours contact time full-time.0
