The information service will be launched with an invitation-only event sponsored by Shadow Roads Minister Richard Burden MP at the House of Commons on 25th November.
BPA President Ashley Bijster will officially launch the campaign, which will also be attended by Under-Secretary of State for Transport Robert Goodwill and Under-Secretary of State for the Department for Communities and Local Government, Penny Mourdant.

Perhaps a rep from the BMPA should contact these MPs to get an invite. This sounds like another BPA recipe for disaster in terms of misinformation in the public domain AGAIN, from a Trade Body paid by its money-grabbing members and yet which doesn't point out they 'are not a regulator' when MPs mistake it for one.The information service will be launched with an invitation-only event sponsored by Shadow Roads Minister Richard Burden MP at the House of Commons on 25th November.

Is that because the BPA Ltd member Private Parking Companies do their level best to disguise their fake "fines" as Council penalties?Je suis Charlie0 -

As you may know, Patrick Troy, when asked why PPC paperwork looks so much like the real stuff issued by councils, said it was "just a coincidence" and anyway, councils might have copied PPC paperwork! What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
We know full well that the BPA's grasp on reality is shaky at best. Look at those figures they produced to Parliament in support of their arguments for keeper liability pre-POFA?
When caught out in that terminalogical inexactitude of truly monumental proportions (the BPA's figures exaggerated the situation by a mere two orders of magnitude) the BPA weaseled away pointing its finger at its members, crying "we wuz mislead".
Well, if that's true then its members can't be trusted in what they say any more than what they do but who was it who commissioned the study this so-called "trusted source" has been created on the back of? Why, it was none other than the Approved Operators aka the PPC's, the BPA's seemingly untrustworthy members! My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
