Unauthosed charge on a kalixa pre-payment masercard

We're going on holiday in 2 weeks and loaded money on to a Kalixa card so I could use it in Italy.

On checking my account today I saw a charge for £159 to A LIND ENTERPRISES "Home income flow". A bit of googling shows it to be a scam of some sort. I've phoned Kalixa and let them know I didn't make this payment and my card has been cancelled. Its going to take at least 14days to get a new card so I may not get it in time and 50% of my spending money was on the card

Will I eventually get my money back with it being a pre-paid card?

Why on earth did you use a card containing 'half of your holiday spending money' for that nonsense?

I didn't! The first I've heard of them is when I logged into kalixa and saw it on my statement.

Oh...good. Hopefully they'll get your money back to you asap. Very strange. As you can see, it is usually people who have signed up thinking that it was free.
Fourteen days seems too long for a replacement card. Yes, as long as they can determine that it was not you who initiated the transaction, they can refund the money taken. Being a Prepaid card does not affect this condition. It is contained within their T&C.
