Bensons for beds 'connoisseur' bed

i'm hoping you guys may be able to help me,
We've been recently looking for a bed and went into bensons, they have a lovely connoisseur zip and link superking that they're selling off the display model of, i have trawled online to find reviews etc but pulled up very little on them, the bed itself seems ideal being zip and link so we can both have different firmnesses,
Now, it's still a lot of money for us (£700) so before we try and take the plunge just hoping to have some feedback if at all possible? the bed is in the store so no waiting around for ages for delivery etc

I bought a pillow top connoisseur this year and in my opinion it is the worst bed. We paid £1400, I am in dispute with Bensons because it is sagging. If you have facebook lookat the group Bensons for beds = bensons for crap. I am not the only one to have issues with this bed. Both my husband and I have bad back pain when we use this bed. When he went camping and slept on an airbed and I stayed with my brother and slept in his guest bed the pain ceased .

I subscribe to "Which?" and have checked if they have anything about beds. Unfortunately they do not but they tested mattresses a couple of years ago. Nineteen mattresses were checked and Bensons mattress came in at 18th out of the 19. Not good.
