Getting fed up!

Three weeks on Friday since first FMA went in to NW, that failed on submission, despite DIP being in force, due to a technical error. Thursday (two weeks tomorrow) the FMA was re-submitted, the funds for survey were taken from my account over a week ago. Last Friday they requested 'better' copies of some documentation, which were sent straight away. Yesterday they said the survey had been instructed a week ago but it hadn't and today they are saying the totals of my tax credits have changed (they haven't!) and they to re-assess the application. Really getting fed up now!

I find they are great or terrible.
If a case is liked and things happen within their typical process then it is a dream.
If for any reason you fall outside of these (specifically technical problems) or a referral or something is checked, then the experience is not so positive.
When things happen, they will happen together and quickly.
All the bestI am a Mortgage Broker

Does that imply it isn't looking positive with them?0

Not necessarily, just slower.
They are a fairly selection lender and hence the rates, although nothing you have said is overly worrying at this pointI am a Mortgage Broker

The most likely reason for them revising your tax credit figures is that the earned incomes stated on your supplied tax credit statement does not match your current proved incomes. Hence, by definition, the tax credit on the statement is not correct.
This is a common issue.I am a Mortgage Broker

My broker said the issue is that tax credits documentation shows £400 per year less than we originally said they were and this has reduced the amount they are willing to lend by around £8000!!! I don't know how they are any less than we said as I said what I receive each week and the amount reduced by for £400 per year is rather excessive!! Anyway they are taking other income into account now which were not initially so my broker is hoping this will counteract the tax credits shortfall. Fingers crossed!0

We had some issues with Nationwide - firstly a technical issue with names and our address and then they revised down our income. We have got a mortgage offer but it took longer than expected. I noticed they didn't seem to take on board where income/salary was 4 weekly instead of monthly. Is this the issue with the tax credits as I think they are paid 4 weekly?0

My tax credits are paid weekly.
They have scheduled the valuation but not yet reviewed my application...
With this and being on pins waiting for the sale of the matrimonial home to complete I can really feel the tension building in me!!0 -
