All entries must be received by midnight on Wednesday, November 19, 2014. 6. The winner will be contacted by 5pm on Thursday, November 20, 2014. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner by this deadline or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that where accepting the prize results in their children’s absence from school, such absence is authorised.
8. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s and/or Studiocanal’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize, the Promoter and/or Studiocanal reserves the right to award a substitute Prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is subject to the additional terms and conditions of the supplier.
9. One winning entrant will win the following prize package for two adults, and two children up to the age of 15:
• Four tickets to the premiere of Paddington in central London on Sunday, November 23, 2014;
• One night’s accommodation in Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel on the night, based on a family of four sharing two adjoining rooms on a bed and breakfast basis;
• A Paddington themed tea for four in the hotel’s Rosebery Restaurant on the day;
• Brownie Brittle chocolate treats; and
• A Paddington bear for each of the children.
10. Check in time at the hotel is normally from 2pm, though the winner may be able to check in earlier, subject to room availability. If the rooms are not available, the winner may leave luggage at the hotel’s bell desk. Check out is by 12pm on the day of departure. Afternoon tea is available at 5.30pm on arrival day and must be specified at the time of booking. Cancellation of the hotel booking will result in cancellation of afternoon tea.
11. On arrival at the hotel, the winner will be required to present a valid credit card as a security deposit and to cover expenditure not included in the prize.
12. The prize does not include travel, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
13. The winner must collect their tickets from Odeon West End between 1.15pm and 2pm on the day and be seated with their guests by 2.15pm. A smart dress code applies. Studiocanal Limited reserves the right to refuse admittance where, at its sole discretion, these conditions are not met.
14. All elements of the prize must be taken together and are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
