All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, November 16, 2014. 6. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
8. One winning entrant will win a two night short break for two to Paris, France. The prize package comprises the following:
• Return economy class flights for two from London to Paris;
• Transfers in Paris between the airport and the hotel;
• Two nights 3-star hotel accommodation based on two adults sharing a twin or double room;
• Amazon vouchers to the value of £150; and
• A Braun Series 7 shaver.
All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
9. The prize does not include travel insurance, domestic transfers, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas, food and drink, personal expenditure and incidental costs, other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport (for at least 6 months at the time of travel) and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.
11. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of the winner being notified and is not valid for travel over Christmas, New Year, Easter or over UK bank holidays. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time. Once booked the prize cannot be altered or amended.
12. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and non refundable and there are no cash alternatives. Where the winner’s companion is under 18 years of age, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity on behalf of the Telegraph and Braun.
