Ocado?

Ocado is the best for me. I tried them all with the money off the first shop. For me it was a toss up between Tesco and Ocado but in the end Ocado has been consistently great. I have never had a substitution or missing item from Ocado whereas Tesco there was always subs.
PS. If you like curry, on Ocado look for a product called holy cow. Seriously the best curry sauce I've ever bought. They're that good I'm going through the whole range.0 -
We love Ocado. I have my favourite products that I order time and time again and I always seem to save quite a bit with each order. Top quality products.
Felines are my favourite

I have online shopped with Tesco and Ocado. Ocado are the best by a mile and even if you pay for delivery you can choose options to reduce the cost, like later in the evening or when the van is in your area anyway.0

Brilliant in every way.
I have been using them for several years. They just get better and better. Over the last year every single item I have requested has been delivered and every delivery has been on time.
Because they have an automated dedicated warehouse their stock control is reliable, it is not someone wandering around with a trolley (which is why Tesco's delivery service is so poor).
It is possibly more expensive but the range of goods is amazing and they price match with Tesco for some items.
I highly recommended Ocado.0 -
the stock control system is great - it knows what will be in stock and how many, and I have never had a substitution or missing item in 2 years.2021 GC £1365.71/ £24000

Another here who loves Ocado. They can do no wrong in our eyes - helpful polite drivers, great customer service, no subs or missing items. They are just fab!

Ocado for me all the time now. I have tried Asda ( too many silly substitutions), Tesco ( cannot rely on stuff being available), Waitrose (very good, lots of freebies, excellent products and delivery, but moved me to another store for deliveries and it all went downhill poor dates etc). Tried Ocado in February this year and very pleased. I have a delivery every week and have only ever had one substitution. They have an excellent choice of goods and I have never been disappointed with quality. The delivery is very efficient, drivers friendly and helpful, I always have the shopping in the bags put on my kitchen worktop.0

Well the secret is out,,and that is what it has been for some time...a hidden secret. There is no doubt that Ocado is king of on line grocery delivery and best of all, they price match with Tesco. Any issues with missing/damaged items? Not a problem,,email CS and they refund.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

Ocado..
* Been using two years and ONE substitute
* Best customer service of any company I use
* Best product range for organic, gluten-free and foreign food
I have a Smart Pass, which means I pay in advance for delivery for a year. There isn't a set price, what you pay seems to depend on where you live and how long you've been shopping with Ocado. Also some ppl on MSE have reported that haggling on renewal works, but I don't and still get a discount. You can get 6 month and 3 month Smart Pass IIRC.
The Smart Pass saves you 10% on a range of products. It also gives you priority booking for Christmas (Christmas orders don't get free delivery tho). If you want regular weekend orders weekly you will save a lot of money by having a Smart Pass but if you only use occasionally you're better off paying for delivery or trying to get a free slot (good luck with that).
Some of the prices for brands are matched to Tesco, but Tesco doesn't carry all the brands Ocado has. You have to look for the £ in red. Own-brand products are excluded from the price match promise.
If you shop offers then you can save a lot, but if you have a weekly shopping list of stuff you always buy you may not save much. Ocado isn't Lidl.0
