Scottish Power & Lovetoshop vouchers

I used the MSE Cheap Energy Club to switch from my current supplier to Scottish Power. Even though they weren't much cheaper than my current supplier, the site suggested that Scottish Power were offering love to shop vouchers if you switched to them so it made it more attractive. Seven weeks later, I am still waiting for my vouchers. I have written to both the Cheap Energy Club and Scottish Power and both are saying the offer was made by the other party. I am so pi**ed off because of this, I could not get involved in the collective switch
.
If there are any offers shown (other than the £30 to switch) on the Cheap Energy website, I suggest you get a confirmation in writing prior to switching.
Has this happened to anyone else, any suggestions?

Hi Richard - Scottish Power are definitely responsible for sending these vouchers out to you. If you contact their customer services mailbox (include Cheap Energy Club in the subject line), it should be able to resolve this for you.0
