MET Parking stockley park outside lines !

Hi
I was issues with a notice by MET Parking saying i was parked outside the lines.
I appealed this and they rejected, i gave the reason that a Large Vehicle was parked across one side and i had no option but to park outside the lines, but was rejected.
They said it was my responsibility to ensure i adhere to the terms and conditions of using the carpark and if i belived other vehicles cause me to contravene an alternative space should be sought..problem was their werent any.
Help, they issued the Initial Notice on the 16/09/2014
then they sent a letter to me on 16/10 which i appealed on their site same day.
I now have a rejection letter dates 05/11
What can i do ?

We give this same advice every day, why ignore the sticky threads when arriving here? Now please use the 'Forum Jump' - which is on this page twice - to get back where you started and read the NEWBIES thread. MET are sooo easy to beat at POPLA but you can't ignore the advice at the top of the forum, it gives you the appeal to use and tells you how to win at POPLA and you appear to have completely missed it.
