Oh dear, think this may have happened to me too, I assumed it was OK as I got one issue from the new trial, but not the next one (might be delayed though as the post has been awful lately). I have had no email or anything. Off to try & check...

They should let you know though.

I queried non delivery after receiving 2 issues, only to get a similar reply about the code being for specific e mail recipients and that my order had been cancelled (but still got 2 issues for free). I had been a subscriber for many years until they tried to up my subscription from £31.20 (for 6 months) to nearly £50. They still offer £29.99 for new customers, I have little respect for companies that treat their loyal customers in such a way so I won't be taking up their offer of 6 issues for £6 followed by £29.99.

I subscribed to the last offer of 12 issues for £1 and decided that as I have benefited from this on a couple of occasions previously, I would let the renewal run for a while - must be mellowing in my old age;)

For any of you wondering if your subscription has been cancelled/suspended, I have received 3 issues in the past week or so (including the Christmas one), so presumably you should have received the same.
