Going to court heeeelp panic

i am going to court on the 2nd august, i have all my letters i have sent to the bank and proof of charges over the last four years, but i estimated 2 years of charges and do not have any statements is this a problem or will i be ok i am realy scared of going to court.

    Did the bank not provide those two years of charges when requested?

    It's generally not a good idea to go to court using estimated information unless you can show the bank failed to provide this under the DPA within a reasonable time.

    its lloyds, how do i prove they would not send them to me i have asked in letters for them to tell me the charges but had no response from them.

    it seems im not prepaired to go to court on the 2nd august am i able to cancel the court date and get more prepaired as i am missing proof of charges, would this be a good idea.

    You can write and tell the court you are ceasing the claim. You will lose the court fee.
