All that matters is that your weight goes down and your savings go up!Dream of being mortgage free....

Can I join pretty please?
Been a lurker for months now and went on a set of body fat scales yesterday - 11 stone 8lb and 31.6% body fat
Not good! So I reckon I could do with losing a good 21lb @ £5 = £105
Think I'm going to aim for weights everyday, 20-30 mins of cardio at least 4 times a week and around about 1700cals per day (I'm so greedy that I find it hard not to eat every three hours!)
So I'm probably looking at 1lb a week - so you're stuck with me a while! I'd really like to be 10 stone by my birthday (mid-december) which weirdly is 20 weeks away so I better start now!0
