Well, I weigh myself on the scales at my mums (money saving), so might be a slightly different day each week, but was 10 stone 13 last week. Will weigh on wednesday and let you all know.

Is it to late to join?

I need/would like to lose a further 5 stone, I have already lost 1 stone 7 lbs. I am lacking motivation!!!

Got a posh wedding to go to in sept so would use the money saved between now and then for an outfit.

  • Can I join pretty please?

Been a lurker for months now and went on a set of body fat scales yesterday - 11 stone 8lb and 31.6% body fat

    Not good! So I reckon I could do with losing a good 21lb @ £5 = £105

Think I'm going to aim for weights everyday, 20-30 mins of cardio at least 4 times a week and around about 1700cals per day (I'm so greedy that I find it hard not to eat every three hours!)

So I'm probably looking at 1lb a week - so you're stuck with me a while! I'd really like to be 10 stone by my birthday (mid-december) which weirdly is 20 weeks away so I better start now!
