I don't think I posted last week because I didn't lose anything - even after the 10 mile walk. Glad to say though that I've lost 2lbs this week. So far I've lost 5lbs - £25 in the kitty.

Does that mean you have to take £2 out of your jar? Maybe a 'sin' jar would be a good idea, every time you put on you have to put the amount in £'s in your 'sin' jar and spend it on someone else!!!!
That's a good idea, maybe I should get hubby something on the way home
On second thought's I'd better not, if he realises I'd get him something when I put weight on he might start tempting me with chocolate :rotfl:
Seriously though, not sure what we're supposed to be doing when the weight goes the wrong way? Maybe as we pay when we lose it, then if we gain we pay to lose the same lb's twice. So lose a pound, gain the pound again and lose it again will cost £10 rather than £50 -

Haven't updated for a while (nothing to update!!!). I 've lost 3lbs in total but am hoping that as my thyroid medication seems to be sorting itself out if I have a concerted effort i'll lose the rest by Christmas!!!!! Having got Son off to Uni over the weekend I can get back in a proper routine - especailly as I work as a swimming teacher and all exercise classes, gym etc is FREE for me!!!0
