thanks, part turned up yesterday at 5pm just after had phoned co-op who said the delay was due to postal strike and that dyson only use second class mail. i can finally hoover,sorry vacuum, all these lovely dog hairs! xxJust to win anything would be great!!0

I wouldn't consider having a replacement part for a brand new appliance.
My vacuum cleaner cost £279.99 and I think that for that price I would expect it to be perfect straight away. I'd insist on a refund so I could get a new cleaner sooner.
if id bought it on high street i would have took it back and either got full refund or an exact swap.xxJust to win anything would be great!!0
