Scs nightmare

Can someone please help me. I received my new sofa from scs in may several weeks later noticed the arm on the couch was mis-aligned contacted them and they replaced the arm and the leather for that section, but it looks absolutely terrible it looks like a second hand couch, contacted scs again they sent out another upholsterer and he agreed it needs replacing again. I got back in touch with scs told them I don't want another repair will they exchange it, and you would think I was asking them for blood, all they will offer is another repair but going from their last attempt I have no confidence in them, do I have to put up with this I would be very grateful for any help.
