Quick question: A Formal Demand letter is an NTK, yes? If so, does it have to include a 14 day discounted (40%) offer even if that offer was made available on the original windscreen ticket?

http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/keeper-liability/ states that a NTK must include:

Details of the discount for payment within 14 days, The Discount should be at least 40% of the full charge under the BPA Code of Practice (applies to BPA Members only)

Have just re-read my Formal Demand/NTK and it simply asks for £100. No 14 day discount (only the windscreen ticket had that).

Am I interpreting this correctly? Thanks
