someone has said my site is slow loading up, is this the case for you guys?

Not greatly. I wouldn't have clicked away before it came up. It may be your host is a little slow or the person had a bad connection.

My site is a little on slow to load side (though I have greatly reduced the load time) but I view it as worth it and also my products attract mainly geeks who have fast bband to surf quickly.


On another note is there anyway you can move some of your info boxes from the left to the right or fill up the right with specials, offers etc. I just feel the site is a little too much on one side. Personal taste I suppose.

its just newly built more products will be coming to fill up the other sides, it was on the net on monday so within a few weeks it should be more filled

On broadband there is only a short delay. Below is an analysis from the web developer toolbar on Firefox. This shows over 30 seconds to load on a dial up connection which is much too long. You really need to do some work to reduce the page size. Although only a minority use dial up you will be missing out on quite a lot of potential customers.

Hi,

Have a 4mb broadband internet connection and your site loaded fast enough for me. Don't know how quickly the photos would load on a dial up connection though.

Seems to be some problems with the Categories menu on the left-hand side when viewed in IE7. Where menu entries run to two lines, e.g.

Babygrows &
Vests

Blankets &
sheets

the bottom of the second line in each case (i.e. 'Vests' & 'sheets') gets chopped off - so you only see the top half of those words.
